Beef Handi by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Beef boiled 1 kg
  • Yogurt lassi 1/2 liter
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Onion 4
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 6
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp

Method:

  1. Fry onion in handi until brown, take it out and grind finely with tomatoes.
  2. Put ginger garlic, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, small cardamom, salt and bay leaves in handi.
  3. When aroma comes, add grinded tomatoes.
  4. Then add boiled beef and roast it nicely.
  5. Then put yogurt lassi and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
  6. When gravy is thick, put coriander leaves and green chilies and close stove.
