Ingredients:
- Beef boiled 1 kg
- Yogurt lassi 1/2 liter
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Onion 4
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Small cardamom 6
- Salt 1 tsp
- Bay leaves 2
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies 6
- Ghee 1 cup
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Method:
- Fry onion in handi until brown, take it out and grind finely with tomatoes.
- Put ginger garlic, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, small cardamom, salt and bay leaves in handi.
- When aroma comes, add grinded tomatoes.
- Then add boiled beef and roast it nicely.
- Then put yogurt lassi and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
- When gravy is thick, put coriander leaves and green chilies and close stove.
