Ingredients:

  • Mutton mince 1/2 kg
  • Chopped mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Coriander leaves 2 bunch
  • Egg 1
  • Bread slice 2
  • Green chilies 8
  • Gram flour 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix green chilies and coriander leaves and grind chutney.
  2. Now roast gram flour in oil or ghee.
  3. Then cut edges of bread slices and mix in mince.
  4. Also add chutney and chop in chopper.
  5. Now mix mint leaves, salt, seekh kabab masala, roasted gram flour, egg, fresh cream and raw papaya paste and leave it for a while.
  6. Then make kabab, shallow fry it and fry it nicely on both sides.
  7. Serve haryali kabab with roti or paratha.
