Ingredients:
- Mutton mince 1/2 kg
- Chopped mint leaves 1 bunch
- Coriander leaves 2 bunch
- Egg 1
- Bread slice 2
- Green chilies 8
- Gram flour 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tbsp
- Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
- Seekh kabab masala 2 tbsp
- Fresh cream 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix green chilies and coriander leaves and grind chutney.
- Now roast gram flour in oil or ghee.
- Then cut edges of bread slices and mix in mince.
- Also add chutney and chop in chopper.
- Now mix mint leaves, salt, seekh kabab masala, roasted gram flour, egg, fresh cream and raw papaya paste and leave it for a while.
- Then make kabab, shallow fry it and fry it nicely on both sides.
- Serve haryali kabab with roti or paratha.
