Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic 1-1/2tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
  • Meat tenderizer 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Bread slice 1 large
  • Bread crumb as required

Method:

  1. Hammer mutton chops.
  2. Marinate it with ginger garlic, salt, black pepper, mustard powder, meat tenderizer, vinegar and hoisin sauce for 2 hours.
  3. Then add egg and soaked bread slice.
  4. Now roll chops in bread crumbs, shape well, deep fry it and serve with fries.
