Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Green peas 1 kg
- Green chilies 6
- Onion paste 1 cup
- Tomato paste 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili crushed 2 tsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion paste until light golden brown.
- Now mix tomato paste, yogurt, salt, red chilies, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and cumin in pot and add in onion.
- Then roast it, put peas and potatoes and roast it nicely.
- Then put 2 cups water and cook it nicely.
- When tender, put cream, coriander leaves and green chilies and close stove.
Matar Aloo Malai is Healthy Dish. It is prepared with Potatoes & Peas and it has flavor of Cream. It is served with Roti.
