Ingredients:
- Boneless beef 1 kg
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Lemons 3
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash beef pieces and marinate with yogurt, salt, red chili powder, raw papaya paste, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder and lemon juice for 1 hour.
- Then skew on skewers and bbq it or spread on tawa.
- When water dries, keep smoked coal, put oil and cover it.
- Boti kabab is ready in 10 minutes.
- Serve with tamarind chutney and roghni naan.
