Ingredients:
- Mince 1 kg
- Macaroni boiled 1 cup
- Peas boiled 1 cup
- Bread crumbs 1 packet
- Egg beaten 2
- Onions 3
- Tomatoes 3
- Potatoes boiled 3
- Green chilies 6-8
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Black pepper ground 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put mince, ginger garlic paste, onion and put in pot and boil in its own water on low flame.
- When water dries, mix tomatoes, green chilies, peas and macaroni and chop in chopper.
- Then mix black pepper and make kabab in shape of roll.
- Now heat oil in wok.
- Then dip kabab in eggs.
- Then coat with bread crumbs and deep fry on low flame.
- When golden brown, take it out and serve hot.
