Lebanese Kabab by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1 kg
  • Macaroni boiled 1 cup
  • Peas boiled 1 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Egg beaten 2
  • Onions 3
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Potatoes boiled 3
  • Green chilies 6-8
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ground 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put mince, ginger garlic paste, onion and put in pot and boil in its own water on low flame.
  2. When water dries, mix tomatoes, green chilies, peas and macaroni and chop in chopper.
  3. Then mix black pepper and make kabab in shape of roll.
  4. Now heat oil in wok.
  5. Then dip kabab in eggs.
  6. Then coat with bread crumbs and deep fry on low flame.
  7. When golden brown, take it out and serve hot.

Lebanese Kabab is Lebanese Dish. It is Delicious Dish. It is prepared with Mince, Macaroni and Vegetables.
