Ingredients:
- Jalebi 1/2 kg
- Milk 1 liter
- Egg white 2
- Khoya 1 cup
- Sugar as required
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
- Almonds 100 gm
Method:
- Put saffron, sugar and cardamom powder in milk and cook on low flame.
- Now spread jalebi in dish.
- Put cooked milk.
- Then put beaten egg whites on milk.
- Then put khoya and almonds and bake on 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
- Badami doodh jalebi is ready.
Badami Doodh Jalebi is Sweet Baked Dish. It is prepared with few ingredients and can be served when your guest comes at your home.
