Ingredients:

  • Jalebi 1/2 kg
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Egg white 2
  • Khoya 1 cup
  • Sugar as required
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Almonds 100 gm

Method:

  1. Put saffron, sugar and cardamom powder in milk and cook on low flame.
  2. Now spread jalebi in dish.
  3. Put cooked milk.
  4. Then put beaten egg whites on milk.
  5. Then put khoya and almonds and bake on 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
  6. Badami doodh jalebi is ready.

Badami Doodh Jalebi is Sweet Baked Dish. It is prepared with few ingredients and can be served when your guest comes at your home.
