Ingredients:
- Mutton/Beef 1 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Green chilies finely chopped 4
- Lemons 4
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Raw papaya crushed 1 tbsp
- Poppy seeds grinded 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Ghee 1 tbsp
- Black pepper crushed 1/2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash meat pieces nicely, spread some where and hammer slightly with knife.
- Put put yogurt, green chilies, lemon juice, raw papaya, poppy seeds, red chili powder, black pepper, ginger garlic paste and salt and leave for 2 to 2-1/2 hours.
- Then put masala meat and oil in pot and cook on low flame.
- When water of meat dries and tender, spread meat in big pan and put ghee.
- Then cover it and keep on tawa on low flame.
- Also keep 4-5 smoked coals on cover.
- Serve after 10-15 minutes with hot parathay.
Dum Ky Kabab is Spicy and Delicious Dish. It is prepared with Beef Or Mutton and then given Smoked of Coal. It is served with Parathay & Raita.
