Ingredients:
- Boneless beef 1/2 kg
- Raw papaya with peel 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Black cardamoms 4
- Chickpeas roasted 1 tbsp
- Button red chilies 7-8
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- White cardamom 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Bihari masala 1 tbsp
- Ginger ground 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
Method:
- Roast papaya, cardamoms, chickpeas, red chilies, poppy seeds, cumin, white cardamom, coriander seeds, bihari masala, ginger, lemon juice and salt and grind it.
- Now marinate beef with masalay for 1 hour.
- Then heat oil, spread marinated beef with masalay and cook until water dries.
- When water dries, spread ghee, give smoke of coal and simmer it.
Bihari Kabab is Pakistani BBQ Dish. It is specially eaten in Eid-ul-Adha. It is prepared with Beef, marinated with Bihari Masala and served with Parathay & Raita.
