Ingredients:
- Cabbage 1
- Cucumber 1
- Tomato 1
- Carrots 2
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Black salt 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds roasted 1/2 tsp
- Mint leaves 1 cup
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
Method:
- Cut cabbage, cucumber, tomato, carrots and mint leaves.
- Now put oil, mustard, cumin, black pepper, black salt and lemon juice and mix it.
- Then put in salad and mix more.
Band Gobi Or Gajar Ka Salad is Healthy Salad. It can be served with Meal or served as Light Meal.
