Ingredients:
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Fennel seeds 1/4 tsp
- Cardamom pods 4
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 2 tsp
- Garlic paste 2 tsp
- Oil 5 tbsp
- Lamb meat 1/2 kg
- Red chilies 2
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Whole cloves 4
- Tomato 2
- Onion 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- Water or Stock 200 ml
Method:
- Grind black pepper, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and cinnamon powder, mix with cinnamon, turmeric and garlic paste and marinate lamb with this mixture.
- Then put onion, cloves and marinated lamb in deep frying pan, saute it for 4-5 minutes and add tomato, salt and oil.
- Now add water or stock, cook on low flame for 30 minutes and serve hot.
