Ingredients:
- Flour 1 cup
- Baking powder 1-1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Sweet corn crushed 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Egg 2
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Milk as required
Method:
- Preheat oven on 350 degrees C.
- Mix flour, baking powder and salt nicely, put corn in food processor, grind it and add in flour mixture.
- Then add eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla extract, put mixture in all cupcakes and bake for 18-20 minutes and serve.
Corn Cupcakes is Other Variety of Cupcakes. Chef Tahir Chaudhry has prepared this with Sweet Corn instead of Chocolate.
