Corn Cupcakes by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1-1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Sweet corn crushed 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Egg 2
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Milk as required

Method:

  1. Preheat oven on 350 degrees C.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder and salt nicely, put corn in food processor, grind it and add in flour mixture.
  3. Then add eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla extract, put mixture in all cupcakes and bake for 18-20 minutes and serve.

Corn Cupcakes is Other Variety of Cupcakes. Chef Tahir Chaudhry has prepared this with Sweet Corn instead of Chocolate.
