Ingredients:
- Milk 500 gm
- Corn flour 2 tsp
- Beaten eggs 3
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Vanilla extract 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 pinch
For Caramel:
- Water 2 cups
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Put water, sugar and lemon juice in saucepan, cook on medium flame until sugar dissolves and make syrup.
- Then cook milk, eggs, sugar, corn flour, vanilla extract and salt in big pan on medium flame, make creamy mixture and take out in dish.
- Now keep dish in fridge and serve cold.
