Ingredients:

  • Milk 500 gm
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • Beaten eggs 3
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch

For Caramel:

  • Water 2 cups
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Put water, sugar and lemon juice in saucepan, cook on medium flame until sugar dissolves and make syrup.
  2. Then cook milk, eggs, sugar, corn flour, vanilla extract and salt in big pan on medium flame, make creamy mixture and take out in dish.
  3. Now keep dish in fridge and serve cold.
