Ingredients:
- Beaten eggs 2
- Rice 1/2 cup
- Scallions 1
- Sausages 1
- Cheddar cheese 1/3 cup
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Put oil and scallions in big pan, add rice and cook it.
- Then put salt, red pepper, cheddar cheese, sausages and eggs in pot, mix it nicely on medium flame and serve hot.
