Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Garlic cloves 6
- Onion large 1
- Basil leaves 6-8
- Lime leaves 6-8
- Galangal or Ginger 1 small piece
- Lemon grass (stock) 1
- Bird eye chilies 4
- Cooking oil 1/4 cup
- Dark soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Fish sauce 3 tbsp
- Fresh coriander 1/4 bunch
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil in pot, add garlic, onion, brown sugar and beans and stir fry it.
- Then add chicken mince and cook it.
- When mince tender, add basil leaves, lemon grass, ginger, lime grass, fish sauce and soya sauce, cook more for 2-3 minutes and add water as required.
- Then garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
