Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Onion large 1
  • Basil leaves 6-8
  • Lime leaves 6-8
  • Galangal or Ginger 1 small piece
  • Lemon grass (stock) 1
  • Bird eye chilies 4
  • Cooking oil 1/4 cup
  • Dark soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Fish sauce 3 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander 1/4 bunch
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot, add garlic, onion, brown sugar and beans and stir fry it.
  2. Then add chicken mince and cook it.
  3. When mince tender, add basil leaves, lemon grass, ginger, lime grass, fish sauce and soya sauce, cook more for 2-3 minutes and add water as required.
  4. Then garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
