Ingredients:
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Tomato 2
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Onion 4
- Cumin 1-1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tbsp
- Green cardamom 4
- Dried coriander 1/2 tsp
- Whole spice 1 tbsp
- Yellow color 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Ghee/Oil 1 cup
- Lemon juice 1/4 cup
- Curry leaves 4
- Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
- Mint leaves 1/4 cup
- Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
- Green chili 4-5
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, put onion and fry until brown.
- Then add chicken, ginger, garlic, cumin, red chili powder, all spice powder, green cardamom, dried coriander, whole spice, turmeric powder, carom seeds, yogurt, tomato, lemon juice and oil and mix it nicely.
- Boil rice in other pan, add cardamom, salt and meat tenderizer.
- Cook marinated chicken in pan, put rice, yellow color, coriander leaves, mint leaves, onion and oil and simmer it.
- Then dish out biryani and serve hot.
