Ingredients:

  • Rice puffs 2 cups
  • Corn flakes 2 cups
  • Rice crispies 2 cups
  • Fried peanuts 1 cup
  • Fried potato finger chips 1 cup
  • Cashew nut fried 1 cup
  • Coconut fried 1/2 cup
  • Chickpeas fried 1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Sugar 2-3 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 25-30
  • Oil deep fry
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Whole red chilies 6

Method:

  1. Heat oil, deep fry rice puffs and take out in kitchen napkin.
  2. Now fry peanuts, rice crispies, potato finger, cashew nuts, coconut and chickpeas separate and take put in paper napkin.
  3. Then fry curry leaves and whole red chilies and mix all ingredients with salt, sugar, turmeric and red chili powder.
  4. Then put in airtight container.
