Ingredients:
- Rice puffs 2 cups
- Corn flakes 2 cups
- Rice crispies 2 cups
- Fried peanuts 1 cup
- Fried potato finger chips 1 cup
- Cashew nut fried 1 cup
- Coconut fried 1/2 cup
- Chickpeas fried 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Sugar 2-3 tbsp
- Curry leaves 25-30
- Oil deep fry
- Salt 1 tsp
- Whole red chilies 6
Method:
- Heat oil, deep fry rice puffs and take out in kitchen napkin.
- Now fry peanuts, rice crispies, potato finger, cashew nuts, coconut and chickpeas separate and take put in paper napkin.
- Then fry curry leaves and whole red chilies and mix all ingredients with salt, sugar, turmeric and red chili powder.
- Then put in airtight container.
