Ingredients:
- Ridged elbow boiled 1 packet
- Red beans boiled 250 gm
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Onions 2
- Green chilies 6
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Finely chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds crushed 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Method:
- Fry onion in oil until brown, take it out, put ginger garlic paste in this oil and roast it.
- Now put fried onion.
- Then put red chili powder, turmeric, salt, garam masala and cumin seeds and roast it.
- Then put red beans.
- Then put 1 cup water, cook for 20 minutes, close stove and sprinkle coriander leaves and ginger.
- Then put ridged elbow and mix it.
- Red bean pasta is ready.
Red Bean Pasta is Healthy Dish. It is Pasta Lover Dish. It can be served as Light Meal.
