Ingredients:
- Boiled beef 1/2 kg
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes 2
- Onion 1
- Green chilies 4
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds powder 1 tsp
- Red chilies crushed 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Milk 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat onion in oil, put ginger garlic paste and beef and fry until color of beef changes.
- Then put garam masala, cumin, red chilies, salt, green chilies and yogurt and cook until it dries.
- Now add cream, milk and fenugreek seeds and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Balti Gosht is a type of Curry. It is Common Dish in Pakistan. You can try this at home and can be served with Rice or Naan.
