Ingredients:

  • Rice boiled 1/2 kg
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 8
  • Beef boiled 1/2 kg
  • Yellow food color 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Papaya 1 tbsp
  • Red chilies crushed 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Onions 2
  • Coal 1
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Cut beef into small small pieces and marinate with yogurt, yellow color, papaya, red chilies, ginger garlic paste and salt for 2 hours.
  2. Now heat oil in pot, fry onion until brown, put masala meat and cover it.
  3. When meat tender, roast it nicely.
  4. Then put mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies and rice and simmer it for 10 minutes.

Tikka Boti Pulao is Delicious Dish. It has flavor of Coal. It is prepared with Beef. You can make it on Eid-ul-Adha.
