Ingredients:
- Whole beef pieces 1/2 kg
- Chili garlic sauce 5-6 tbsp
- Bread slices big 14-15
- Tomatoes 2-3
- Lettuce leaves for decoration
- Cucumber 2-3
- Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Butter as required
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Garlic cloves 4-5
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Vinegar 3 tbsp
- Carrot 2
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For beef: Take 1 whole piece of beef, mark deep cut with knife and put garlic clove.
- Now make mixture of vinegar, black pepper and salt, put on beef and tie with thread.
- Then wrap with plastic and keep in fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Now heat 3 cup water in pot, put beef piece and cook for 3-4 hours.
- Stir beef pieces interval by interval so that masala mix nicely and beef tender.
- Spread butter on it and keep in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Beef is ready.
- For sauce: Put mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, mustard paste, black pepper and carrot in mixing bowl and mix it nicely.
- Then toast bread slices on grill pan until mark comes.
- Then keep beef slices and sauce in bread slices and serve.
