Macaroni Cauliflower by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Chopped cauliflower 1
- Macaroni 2 cup
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Milk 500 ml
- Grated cheddar cheese 150 gm
- Salt, Black pepper to taste
- Bread crumbs 5 tbsp
- Tobacco sauce for drizzle
Method:
- Boil cauliflower until soft, strain it and keep it aside.
- Then boil macaroni in salted water for 8-10 minutes.
- Now melt butter, mix in flour and make paste.
- Then add milk and whisk it.
- Add cheese when thick and mix in cauliflower.
- Then add salt and black pepper, put mixture in greased pyrex dish, sprinkle bread crumbs, drizzle tobacco sauce and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes or until bubbling and bread crumbs are golden.
