Chanp Korma by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Mutton chops 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander crushed 2 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Korma masala 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped onion 3
- Oil 1 cup
For Simmer:
- Small cardamom 5
- Poppy seeds 1 tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Finely chopped almonds 8
Method:
- Mix cardamom, poppy seeds, white cumin and almonds and grind finely.
- Heat oil in pot, fry onion until golden brown and take it out in tissue paper so that it becomes crisp.
- Put chops, yogurt, ginger garlic paste and salt and dry water of chops.
- Then roast it slightly, put coriander, all spice powder and crushed onion.
- Then roast it slightly and put 2 cups hot water.
- When oil comes up, put grinded masala, simmer it on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Chanp korma is ready.
