Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion 4
  • Yogurt 1/2 bowl
  • Whole red chilies 8
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Whole spice few
  • Dried mango 4
  • Green chilies4
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot, fry onion until light pink and take it out.
  2. Now add mutton, turmeric and salt and dry water.
  3. When roast it, put ginger, garlic, red chilies, fennel seeds, coriander, yogurt, whole spice, dried mango and green chilies, mix it nicely and simmer it on low flame.
  4. When oil comes up, mutton stew is ready.

Mutton Stew is Mouth Washing Dish. It can be made on Eid when your guest comes at your home. It is Gravy Dish.
