Ingredients:
- Milk 1-1/2 kg
- Soaked rice 1/2 cup
- Khoya 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Kewra 1/2 tsp
- Almonds, Pistachios slices 2 tbsp
- Silver paper as required
- Cream 1 packet
Method:
- Boil milk, put rice and cook for 20 minutes till rice tender.
- Now add khoya and rice.
- Also stir it.
- Then cool it so that kheer is thick.
- Now mix it nicely.
- Then put cardamom and kewra and take it out in serving dish.
- Sprinkle almonds and pistachios and spread silver paper
