Ingredients:

  • Milk 1-1/2 kg
  • Soaked rice 1/2 cup
  • Khoya 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Kewra 1/2 tsp
  • Almonds, Pistachios slices 2 tbsp
  • Silver paper as required
  • Cream 1 packet

Method:

  1. Boil milk, put rice and cook for 20 minutes till rice tender.
  2. Now add khoya and rice.
  3. Also stir it.
  4. Then cool it so that kheer is thick.
  5. Now mix it nicely.
  6. Then put cardamom and kewra and take it out in serving dish.
  7. Sprinkle almonds and pistachios and spread silver paper

Chinioti Kheer is Pakistani Cuisine. It is Mouth Washing Dish and you can try this recipe at home.
