Ingredients:

  • White flour or Maida 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Ghee 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil or Ghee for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add sugar, ghee and salt in flour or maida and knead with water as required.
  2. Then make balls and roll thin like puri.
  3. Then heat oil in wok and fry parathay.
  4. Fry parathay is ready.

Fry Parathay is a Side Dish. It is Easy Recipe to make at home. It can be served with many dishes.
