Ingredients:
- White flour or Maida 1/2 kg
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Ghee 2-3 tbsp
- Oil or Ghee for fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add sugar, ghee and salt in flour or maida and knead with water as required.
- Then make balls and roll thin like puri.
- Then heat oil in wok and fry parathay.
- Fry parathay is ready.
