Ingredients:

  • Mutton brain 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Crushed cloves 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Crushed black cardamom 1 tbsp
  • Crushed green cardamom 1 tsp
  • Whole red chilies 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic chopped 2 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Chopped green chilies 8-10
  • Chopped mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Make paste of coriander leaves, green chilies and mint leaves.
  2. Put water and 1/2 tsp turmeric in pot, boil it, put mutton brain, boil for 4-5 minutes, strain it and keep it aside.
  3. Now heat oil in pan and crackle cloves, cinnamon, black cardamom and green cardamom.
  4. Then add ginger garlic and fry it.
  5. Then add hara masala, whole red chilies, black pepper, cumin and coriander and roast it nicely.
  6. When masala dries, add tomato, salt and 1 tsp turmeric and cook until tomatoes tender.
  7. Now put crushed brain.
  8. Also add all spice powder and fry on high flame.
  9. Then take out in dish and garnish with green chilies.
