Mutton Malai Karahi by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Mutton with bone 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Cream 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Green chilies 5-6
- Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
- Crushed white cumin 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry mutton slightly.
- Now add ginger garlic and fry it nicely.
- Then add coriander, white cumin, black pepper and salt in yogurt, put in mutton and cook until mutton tender.
- Then put coriander leaves and green chilies.
- Then add cream and simmer it.
- Then take out in dish and serve.
