Ingredients:
- Beef pieces 1 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Lemons 2
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
- Bihari masala 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put beef, ginger garlic paste and yogurt in wok and cook it.
- When water of meat dries, add bihari masala, red chilies and oil and roast it.
- Then put green chilies, lemon juice and cumin, simmer it for 10 minutes and serve hot.
