Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 bowl
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Boiled almonds 12
  • Oil 1 bowl
  • Fresh milk 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Soaked poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put mutton, ginger paste and salt in wok and fry water.
  2. Now put poppy seeds, oil, almonds and white pepper and roast it slightly.
  3. When oil separates, put milk and cream, roast it slightly and simmer it.
  4. Then put green chilies and serve hot with naan.

White Mutton Karahi is Pakistani Cuisine. It is Popular Dish & served as Late Night Meal. It is served with Naan.
