Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 bowl
- Chopped green chilies 4
- Boiled almonds 12
- Oil 1 bowl
- Fresh milk 1/2 cup
- Fresh cream 1/2 cup
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Soaked poppy seeds 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put mutton, ginger paste and salt in wok and fry water.
- Now put poppy seeds, oil, almonds and white pepper and roast it slightly.
- When oil separates, put milk and cream, roast it slightly and simmer it.
- Then put green chilies and serve hot with naan.
White Mutton Karahi is Pakistani Cuisine. It is Popular Dish & served as Late Night Meal. It is served with Naan.
