Ingredients:
- Mutton mix 1/2 kg
- Onion 2
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Papaya 2 tsp
- Cream 1 cup
- Yogurt 375 gm
- Ghee 1 cup
- Coal 1 piece
Method:
- Marinate mutton with yogurt, cream, papaya and salt and keep in fridge.
- Now heat ghee, put yogurt mutton and cover it so that it tender like malai.
- Then heat oil and fry onion until brown.
- Then put ginger garlic, cumin, red chili powder, coriander, all spice and black pepper and roast it.
- Then add tender meat, simmer it for 10 minutes and then give smoke of coal.
- Malai gosht is ready.
Malai Gosht is Delicious Dish. You can try this dish at home on Eid. It can be prepared with Mutton or Beef.
