Ingredients:
For Rice:
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
For Beef Gravy:
- Undercut (small pieces) 1/2 kg
- Fried onion 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Cabbage (thinly slice) 1 cup
- Grated carrot 1
- Potato fries 1 cup fried
- Boiled rice noodles 1/2 cup
- Peanuts crushed 1/4 cup
- Roasted sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Tamarind pulp 1 tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Method:
- For rice: Heat oil and fry rice.
- Now put red chili powder, salt and turmeric.
- Now cover it and cook until rice is ready.
- Then keep it aside.
- For gravy: Heat oil, put fried onion, ginger garlic, red chili powder, salt coriander powder, turmeric and yogurt and fry it nicely.
- Now add undercut and cook for 15 minutes till it tender.
- Then take it out.
- For assemble: Spread foil in serving dish and spread rice.
- Then put meat, boiled noodles, cabbage, carrot, potato fries, tamarind pulp, peanuts, coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilies and wrap all ingredients with foil nicely.
- Now heat in oven in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
