Coconut Milk Noodles by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Rice noodles 1 packet
- Boneless chicken breast julienne 2
- Chopped onion 1
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Coconut milk 1 can
- Roasted gram flour 1/2 cup
- Lemon for serve
- Boiled egg wedges 2
Method:
- Soak rice noodles in hot water.
- Now heat oil and fry onion until light golden.
- Then put ginger garlic with turmeric, red chili powder, salt and chicken and fry it nicely.
- Now add roasted gram flour paste and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then put coconut milk and boiled eggs and remove from stove.
- Then mix in noodles and serve with lemon and coriander leaves.
