Coconut Milk Noodles by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Rice noodles 1 packet
  • Boneless chicken breast julienne 2
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1 can
  • Roasted gram flour 1/2 cup
  • Lemon for serve
  • Boiled egg wedges 2

Method:

  1. Soak rice noodles in hot water.
  2. Now heat oil and fry onion until light golden.
  3. Then put ginger garlic with turmeric, red chili powder, salt and chicken and fry it nicely.
  4. Now add roasted gram flour paste and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Then put coconut milk and boiled eggs and remove from stove.
  6. Then mix in noodles and serve with lemon and coriander leaves.
