Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2-1/2 tsp
  • Kasoori meethi 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Crushed onion 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients in pan and mix it.
  2. Now cook it on low flame until it is ready and gravy remains thick.
  3. When meat tender, serve it with roti.
