Ingredients:
For Pasta:
- Pasta 1/2 packet
- Oil 1-2 tbsp
For Beef:
- Beef 250 gm
- Finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chilies 1/2 tsp
- Tomatoes 3-4
- Tomato paste 1/2 cup
- Oregano 1/3 tsp
- Rosemary 1/3 tsp
- Olive oil 3-4 tbsp
- Parsley as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For pasta: Boil water in pot.
- Then put pasta and oil and boil for 10 minutes.
- Then put in cold water after boiling.
- When its temperature becomes normal, take it out and put oil.
- For beef: Heat olive oil in pan, put garlic and beef and roast it.
- Now add tomatoes and tomato pate and roast it.
- Then put black pepper, red chilies and salt, mix it and cook it.
- Then add oregano and rosemary and mix it.
- Now add pasta, mix it and take out in dish.
- Then garnish with parsley and serve.
