Ingredients:

For Pasta:

  • Pasta 1/2 packet
  • Oil 1-2 tbsp

For Beef:

  • Beef 250 gm
  • Finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1/2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 3-4
  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup
  • Oregano 1/3 tsp
  • Rosemary 1/3 tsp
  • Olive oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Parsley as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For pasta: Boil water in pot.
  2. Then put pasta and oil and boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Then put in cold water after boiling.
  4. When its temperature becomes normal, take it out and put oil.
  5. For beef: Heat olive oil in pan, put garlic and beef and roast it.
  6. Now add tomatoes and tomato pate and roast it.
  7. Then put black pepper, red chilies and salt, mix it and cook it.
  8. Then add oregano and rosemary and mix it.
  9. Now add pasta, mix it and take out in dish.
  10. Then garnish with parsley and serve.
