Spicy Sausage Pasta by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

• Sausages 4
• Olive oil 2 tbsp
• Onion 1
• Garlic cloves crushed 2
  
• Tomatoes 2
• Capsicum 1
• Chili flakes 1 tbsp
• Oregano 2 tsp
• Chopped parsley 2 tbsp
• Spiral pasta 2 cups
  

Method:

1. Heat oil and brown sausages in 1 tbsp olive oil. Set aside.
2. In same pan, add onion and garlic in remaining oil for 2 minutes.
3. Add tomato, capsicum, chili, oregano and sausages to pan.
4. Simmered covered.
5. Cook spiral pasta until all done in boiling water and salt.
6. Drain pasta well, put into bowls with sauce.
7. Serve scatter of parsley over the top.
