Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 250 gm
  • Green chilies 6
  • Button red chilies 6
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp
  • Mace powder 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Eggs boiled 4

Method:

  1. Mix red chili powder, salt, papaya paste, garam masala powder, nutmeg powder, mace powder and ginger garlic paste in mince and leave for 1 hour.
  2. Now heat oil and fry onion until brown.
  3. Then put red chilies and cumin seeds.
  4. When aroma comes, add masala mince and roast on high flame.
  5. When its water dries, put coriander leaves, green chilies and boiled eggs and close stove.

Keema Ka Bhurta is Delicious Dish. You can make this dish at home when your guest comes at your home. It is served with Boiled Eggs & Roti.
