Lagan Gosht by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

  • Boiled beef 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Onions 2
  • Button red chilies 10
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in handi, put red chilies, small cardamom, cumin and bay leaf and fry until brown.
  2. Now add chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Then put meat and roast it little.
  4. Then put 2 glass hot water, ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander powder and turmeric and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
  5. Now put chopped tomatoes and roast it nicely.
  6. When oil comes up, put coriander leaves and green chilies and close stove.
