Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic 1 paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Raw papaya ground 1 tbsp
- Roasted gram flour 1 tbsp
- Ghee 1 tbsp
- Onion chopped 1
- Green chilies chopped 2
- Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
- Butter 1 tsp
Method:
- Mix ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, all spice, papaya, gram flour, ghee, onion and green chilies in mince nicely and leave for 30 minutes.
- Now make seekh kabab, keep on greased tray and bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
- Then give smoke of coal.
- Then garnish with onion and lemon slices and serve.
Baked Seekh Kabab is Delicious Dish. It is Pakistani Dish. It is prepared with Mince. You can make this Dish at home on Eid-ul-Adha when guest comes at your home. It is served with Naan, Raita & Chutney.
