Beef Paratha Roll by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
For Beef:
- Beef boneless 1/2 kg
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 2-3 tbsp
- White cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Red chili paste 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Fried & crushed onion 2
- Papaya paste 2-3 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
For Paratha:
- Maida 1/2 kg
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Creamy mushroom sauce as required
- Onion (sliced in rings) as required
Method:
- For beef: Add ginger garlic paste, yogurt, white cumin seeds, black pepper, red chili paste, vinegar, papaya, oil and salt in mixing bowl, mix it and marinate beef cubes with it.
- Now beef with marination in pot and roast it.
- Then add water as required, tender meat and dry water.
- When meat tender and masala cooks, remove it.
- For paratha: Mix maida, ghee, salt and water as required nicely and knead soft dough.
- Now make balls, roll it, make parathay and keep it aside.
- Put meat on parathay and put creamy mushroom sauce.
- Then put onion, roll it and serve hot.
