Ingredients:

  • Flour 1-1/2cups
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients well with a spoon first then add in all your liquid ingredients.
  2. It should be smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees C for 15-17 minutes until done.
