Ingredients:
- Flour 1-1/2cups
- Sugar 1 cup
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
- Water 1 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Vinegar 1 tsp
Method:
- Mix all dry ingredients well with a spoon first then add in all your liquid ingredients.
- It should be smooth and free of lumps.
- Bake at 180 degrees C for 15-17 minutes until done.
