Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Coriander leaves chopped 1 bunch
- Oil 1 cup
- Bread slices 2
- Onion finely cubed 2
- Lemons 4
- Green chilies chopped 4
- Capsicum 6
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix mince and bread slices and grind in chopper.
- Put grinded mince, ginger garlic paste and salt in pot and roast it slightly.
- Then add red chili powder, turmeric, onion seeds and lemon juice, roast it nicely and remove it.
- When it cools, put onion, coriander leaves and green chilies.
- Now cut upper part of capsicum, take out seeds and fill mince.
- Then close upper part with toothpick.
- Fill all capsicum like this.
- Then fry filled capsicum in oil slightly, put in remaining mince and simmer it.
- Keema bhari shimla mirch is ready.
