Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Bread slices 2
  • Onion finely cubed 2
  • Lemons 4
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Capsicum 6
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix mince and bread slices and grind in chopper.
  2. Put grinded mince, ginger garlic paste and salt in pot and roast it slightly.
  3. Then add red chili powder, turmeric, onion seeds and lemon juice, roast it nicely and remove it.
  4. When it cools, put onion, coriander leaves and green chilies.
  5. Now cut upper part of capsicum, take out seeds and fill mince.
  6. Then close upper part with toothpick.
  7. Fill all capsicum like this.
  8. Then fry filled capsicum in oil slightly, put in remaining mince and simmer it.
  9. Keema bhari shimla mirch is ready.
