Ingredients:
- Chicken (16 pieces) 1
- Eggs 1
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Flour 1-1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Green chili paste 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
Other Ingredients:
- Curd 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Orange red color 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves handful
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 6
- Coriander leaves chopped few
Method:
- Marinate chicken with egg, salt, corn flour, flour, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, green chili paste and all spice and deep fry for 15 minutes.
- Now put salt and orange red color in curd and strain it.
- Then heat oil, put curry leaves, green chilies and curd with soya sauce and chicken pieces and cook until water dries.
- Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
