Ingredients:
- Kaleji 1 kg
- Green chilies 4
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes 250 gm
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chilies crushed 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil and fry ginger garlic paste.
- Now add red chilies, cumin seeds and salt.
- Then add tomatoes and cover it for 10-15 minutes.
- Now put small small pieces kaleji.
- Also add green chilies and roast on high flame.
- Water dries, put garam masala powder, coriander leaves and lemon juice and close stove.
- Delicious kaleji ka salan.
Kaleji Ka Salan is Delicious Dish. This dish is eaten specially on Eid-ul-Adha in Pakistan. People eat in Breakfast or as BBQ.
