Ingredients:

  • Kaleji 1 kg
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chilies crushed 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry ginger garlic paste.
  2. Now add red chilies, cumin seeds and salt.
  3. Then add tomatoes and cover it for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Now put small small pieces kaleji.
  5. Also add green chilies and roast on high flame.
  6. Water dries, put garam masala powder, coriander leaves and lemon juice and close stove.
  7. Delicious kaleji ka salan.

Kaleji Ka Salan is Delicious Dish. This dish is eaten specially on Eid-ul-Adha in Pakistan. People eat in Breakfast or as BBQ.
