Ingredients:
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Green chilies 10-12
- Garlic 6-8
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Olive oil 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put 1 to 1-1/2 cup water in pot, put coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic, sugar and mint leaves and boil for 5 minutes.
- Now put in blender, also add lemon juice, olive oil and salt and blend smooth.
- Green chutney is ready.
