Ingredients:

  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 10-12
  • Garlic 6-8
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put 1 to 1-1/2 cup water in pot, put coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic, sugar and mint leaves and boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Now put in blender, also add lemon juice, olive oil and salt and blend smooth.
  3. Green chutney is ready.
