Pasta Sauce by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

• Oil 2 tbsp
• Garlic crushed 3 cloves
• Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Oregano 1 tsp
• Onion chopped 1
• Sugar 1 tsp
• Tomato puree or pasta 1 cup
• Ketchup 2 tbsp
  

Method:

1. Heat oil, add onion and saute it.
2. Add garlic, salt, oregano, sugar, red chilies and little water.
3. Add ketchup and tomato puree and cook till thick.
4. Use as pasta sauce.
