Ingredients:

  • Green chilies finely chopped 250 gm
  • Garlic finely chopped 8 cloves
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Lemons 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix green chilies, garlic, onion seeds, cumin, turmeric, lemon juice and salt.
  2. Now cover it and keep in fridge for 2-3 hours.
  3. Heat oil in pan and fry all ingredients on low flame.
  4. When it cools, safe in clean and dry jar.
  5. Do not use wet spoon.

Hari Mirch Aur Kalonji Ka Achar is spicy dish. It is usually eaten in breakfast.
