Ingredients:
- Green chilies finely chopped 250 gm
- Garlic finely chopped 8 cloves
- Onion seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Lemons 3
- Salt to taste
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- Mix green chilies, garlic, onion seeds, cumin, turmeric, lemon juice and salt.
- Now cover it and keep in fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Heat oil in pan and fry all ingredients on low flame.
- When it cools, safe in clean and dry jar.
- Do not use wet spoon.
Hari Mirch Aur Kalonji Ka Achar is spicy dish. It is usually eaten in breakfast.
