Boneless Chicken Pulao by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Nutmeg 1 piece
- Saffron 1 pinch
- Bay leaves 2
- Green chilies 6
- Stock 1 cup
- Rice (boiled) 2 cup
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Mace 2 piece
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Kewra essence 1 tbsp
- Star anise powder 1/2 tsp
- Yellow food color 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Heat ghee and put ginger garlic paste, black cumin, bay leaves, nutmeg and mace.
- Also add chicken and roast it nicely.
- Now put stock, salt and green chilies and simmer it for 10 minutes.
- Then add boiled rice, star anise powder, mint leaves, kewra, saffron and yellow food color, simmer it for 15 minutes and close stove.
- Boneless chicken pulao is ready.
