Alsi Naan by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Maida 2 cups
- Yeast 1 tbsp
- Flax seeds (alsi) 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Butter 1 cup (16 tbsp)
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add yeast and sugar in lukewarm water, mix it and leave it.
- When yeast rises, put in mixing bowl.
- Now add maida, salt and 13 tbsp butter and knead with milk or water.
- Then cover it and leave for 2-3 minutes.
- Now take it out, knead it and make balls.
- Then roll thick, mark cut with fork and sprinkle flax seeds.
- Now bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 8-10 minutes.
- When color comes, brush with butter and bake more for 1-2 minutes.
- Then take it out and serve hot.
Alsi Naan is new variety of naan. It is prepared with flax seeds. Chef Gulzar has made it with his own technique.
