Ingredients:
- Moong daal 1/2 cup
- Whole masoor daal 1/2 cup
- Green onions 250 gm
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Green chilies 4
- Crushed red chilies 2 tsp
- Garlic cloves 6
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes 2
- Whole red chilies 6
Method:
- Wash both daal, put salt, turmeric, red chilies and tomatoes and cook on low flame.
- When it tender, mash it.
- Then put green chilies and green onions.
- Heat oil, fry garlic and red chilies and give tarka to daal.
